"My focus is to channel the goals and self-interests of a partner or a group so they align and intersect with law firm strategy. I always try to create a 'mutual satisfaction of needs' between a law firm client and the partners I place in that firm.
"I am high touch and high maintenance in how I move things forward, because that is what is required when you are dealing with elite partners. Everything counts. My skills with attention to detail, nuance, and negotiation help me to strike a deal that works to everyone's benefit.
"I consider recruiting, an industry in which I have passionately worked since 1995, to be a 'derivative success business,' which means that I define my own success if and only if I can create positive and lasting change between a law firm and a partner or group joining that firm.
"Because I am a specialist focusing only on corporate, finance, private equity, and investment management practices, I see things that other people miss, and look for opportunities and 'connection points' that can help a partner or group sink deeply and quickly into a new firm."
