As a former practicing attorney turned legal recruiter, I bring a firsthand understanding of the legal profession and the opportunities and challenges that come with building a successful legal career. My approach is personal, transparent, and strategic, helping attorneys make thoughtful career moves that align with both their professional ambitions and personal goals.
I am thrilled to join The Attorney Search Group as Director of Partner Engagement, working on transactional partner searches for leading law firms across the country. I'm especially grateful to work alongside Scott Love, who has been both a trusted mentor and friend. We share a belief that successful recruiting goes beyond making placements. It's about building meaningful relationships, recognizing opportunities others may overlook, and helping attorneys find greater fulfillment and long-term success in their careers.
