What is unique about my approach is that I am an expert on Business Development strategy. I speak on this topic professionally and have written books on it. I use this expertise to help law firms increase the odds of attracting a potential lateral, and also to make sure that the partner is excited about this new firm. Beyond this, I also make sure that the firms I work with have an effective integration strategy.
I'm a straight-shooter. If a firm needs to improve in some way, I'll advise them as such. Sometimes I'll speak at partner retreats to discuss legal recruiting strategy, and will even train partners on how to interview prospective laterals.

- helping them create a narrative that is attractive and congruent
